Building relationships has always been at the forefront of my career. Prior to going into mental health, I worked in the business world in New York City. I owe all of my success in that field to my desire to connect on a personal level with my colleagues and clients. I feel grateful for the experiences and perspective that I gained while working and living in New York. Having earned my Undergraduate Degree in Philosophy and Communications from Fordham University, I feel a special connection to the City.
Staying true to my passion and life-long goal of becoming a therapist, I returned to my roots in Fairfield County to pursue a Master's Degree in Counseling from Fairfield University. I am a Certified School Counselor, and a Licensed Professional Counselor. Before starting my private practice, I was a School Counselor in both Newtown and Westport, CT where I provided individual and group counseling, as well as support for parents/guardians.
In my free time, I love being outside and going running by the beach. I plan trips to my favorite spots whenever I can (Block Island is top on the list!). I am fortunate to have a close-knit family and group of friends, and cherish my time with them.
